Add Camel Cash Now

Camel Cash is the College’s “prepaid debit account” that allows funds to be loaded onto your Camel Card for use at a variety of locations across campus. The debit card function is activated when you deposit money into your Camel Cash account.

With Camel Cash, you have the convenience of cash without the need to carry cash, credit cards, checks, or a pocket full of coins. Present your Camel Card when you make a purchase and the amount of your purchase will automatically be deducted from your Camel Cash account.

There are no monthly service fees or minimum balance requirements. Any unspent funds rollover to the following semester and are refundable upon graduation or withdrawal.

Make a Deposit

Camel Cash accounts have no pre-loaded funds. You can add Camel Cash to a Camel Card 24/7. Deposits can be made online using Visa, MasterCard or Discover by the Camel Card holder as well as parents, friends or relatives of the Camel Card holder. To deposit money into an account, you must enter the card holder’s Camel Card ID number and last name.

Camel Card holders with a College login and password can make deposits using Camel Web.

Guests looking to make a deposit to a Camel Card holder's Camel Cash account should go to the guest deposit webpage.

Funds are available immediately after a deposit.

Check My Balance & Transaction History

When you login to Camel Web, there is a portal where you can access all the information attached to your Camel Card which includes account balances and transaction history. In addition, you can get your available balance by asking for it at any location that accepts Camel Cash. You can also check your balance or transaction history by emailing camelcash@conncoll.edu.

The Accounting Office can only share account balance information with the account holder. Anyone other than the account holder requesting information must have the account holder’s express consent to access that account holder’s information.

Receiving a Refund

Upon withdrawal, graduation or termination of employment from the College, balances remaining on the Camel Cash account will be applied to the participant’s Student Account/Accounts Receivable Account to settle any outstanding amounts owed to the College. If a credit balance remains on the Student Account/Accounts Receivable Account after settlement of any outstanding balances, refunds will be issued in accordance with College policy.

A refund is issued in the form of a check, and will be mailed to the permanent address on record with the College. Refunds will not be issued for account balances less than $1.00.
