112 named to NESCAC Fall All-Academic Team

The New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) has named 112 Connecticut College student athletes, including 28 members—90% of the eligible roster—of the NESCAC Champion and NCAA runner-up Men’s Soccer team, to the 2024 Fall All-Academic Team.

The list also includes five student-athletes—Max Haberman ’27, Bridget McGann ’26, Matt Scardigno ’25, Matt Scoffone ’25 and Peter Silvester ’25—who earned All-NESCAC accolades, and five more—Ella Davidyock ’25, Nicholas DeMarco ’26, Jack Lavorel ’25, Katherine Randall ’25, Chloe Therrien ’25—who were recognized for sportsmanship. 

And completing the sweep, Women’s Cross Country’s Grace McDonough ’26 was one of only three NESCAC athletes to earn a spot on all three teams: All-NESCAC, All-Sportsmanship and All-Academic.

To be honored on the All-Academic team, an individual must have reached sophomore academic standing, and be in good standing in their sport with a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.50 or equivalent on a 4.0 scale at the end of the 2023-24 academic year. A transfer student must have completed one year of study at an institution.
