NEW LONDON, Conn.--The Connecticut College men´s and women´s squash teams competed in the New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) Championship this weekend.
Caleb Garza (Ocean City, N.J.) and Christopher King (Princeton, N.J.) continued along on their winning ways, posting 2-1 records against conference rivals Tufts, Wesleyan and Colby. Garza has made an immediate impact with an 18-4 record while King has posted a mark of 14-8.
The Camels (11-11) appreciate the efforts of co-captain Will Moger (Bristol, R.I.), who has notched a stellar 40-16 record. Moger will miss the remainder of the season with an injury.
Freshman Jillian Sandler (Rocky Hill, Conn.) posted a 2-1 record and senior co-captain Cara Flynn (Haverford, Pa.) led the Camel women into competition. Emily Russell (West Hartford, Conn.), Sarah Robertson (South Dartmouth, Mass.) and Ashley Crutchfield (Concord, N.H.) contributed for the women (6-14) in losses to Hamilton, Bowdoin and Tufts.
