You can find lots of information here to answer many questions or assist you in troubleshooting. Don't see what you're looking for? Need more detailed advice or help - call or stop in during regular business hours. The IT Service Desk is located on the lower level of Shain Library.
If the technicians at the IT Service Desk cannot resolve your issue, it will be escalated to the appropriate Second Level Support team on campus.
