Many academic software applications are available to the Connecticut College community. They are all licensed to Connecticut College, and a valid network user ID is needed to access and use them. Academic software is installed in the computer labs on campus and on many open access computers in Shain Library. Check the computer labs page to see a full list of available software in each lab.

To install academic software on your personal computer, refer to the instructions on accessing the software library. To get help in accessing the this server, please contact the IT Service Desk (x4357) or submit a Help Desk Ticket

For additional software needs, each academic department has been allocated funds from the IS budget to support the acquisition of academic software for teaching and research. Requests for software purchases should be made through a Help Desk Ticket
