A fall pre-orientation program for first-year international students and families
We invite international students to participate in Odyssey, an orientation program for first-year International students and their families, scheduled for Wednesday, Aug. 23, 2017. This optional pre-orientation program gives international students an opportunity to get to know the College and each other before the arrival of the rest of the first-year students.
A series of workshops provides information on making the transition to life at Connecticut College as smooth as possible. A special session is held on immigration and visa regulations.
Odyssey will take place on Wednesday, Aug. 23, 2017. International students will arrive on Tuesday, Aug. 22. You will have access to your room on Aug. 22.
Participation is voluntary, but encouraged. If you would like to attend this program, please complete the online form found in the online Enrollment Guide by July 14. You may also email Carmela Patton, the International Student Adviser, who can email the form to you.
Parents and families are encouraged to stay to participate in Odyssey and the activities of Arrival Day. View a listing of overnight accommodations for families.
For more information, contact the program's international student adviser, Carmela Patton.
