Experts dish on the future of food
Top chefs, sustainable and urban farmers, food activists, scholars, and social entrepreneurs came together on the Connecticut College campus recently to imagine a more sustainable future for food. We asked each of the industry experts to share their wisdom about what it will take to create a sustainable model for the future of food.
