Connecticut College 14, Utica 6 Camels Pound Pioneers-Brug Scores Five Goals for Hosts

NEW LONDON, Conn.--Senior Lauren Brug (Ventura, Calif.) netted five goals to lead Connecticut College (6-8) to a 14-6 victory against Utica College in women's water polo action played at Lott Natatorium Sunday morning. Emma Heishman (Boiling Springs, Pa.) chipped in with four goals for the Camels. Sophomore Phoebe Bakanas (Redding, Conn.) had a hat-trick with three scores for the hosts.

Sarah Lindsay (Walnut Creek, Calif.) and Jaki Fishkin (Marblehead, Mass.) added tallies for Connecticut College. Sophomore net-minder Jordan Kohnstam (Portland, Conn.) had 11 saves for the Camels.

Brug leads the club with 42 goals for the spring. Bakanas has tallied 38 scores. Heishman is third on the team with 28 goals scored.
