Connecticut College Concert Band and Jazz Ensemble Concert Oct. 29

NEW LONDON, Conn. - The Connecticut College Department of Music will present an autumn concert by the college´s Concert Band and Jazz Ensemble at 7 p.m. Oct. 29 in the college´s John C. Evans Hall, Cummings Arts Center.

The concert will feature music from the "Damnation of Faust," by Hector Berlioz; a tribute to English composer Malcolm Arnold and jazz selections from George Gershwin, Charles Mingus and Miles Davis.

Gary Buttery, adjunct instructor of music, will direct.
