Connecticut College seniors have a long history of contributing to the Connecticut College Fund. The first Senior Class Gift was bestowed upon the college in 1982. The Senior Class Gift is all about participation.
Connecticut College thrives off of the generosity of alumni donors. Making a gift to the Connecticut College Fund with your class is a way to commemorate your time at the College.
Your gift to the College starts working right away through the Connecticut College Fund, supporting funded internships, financial aid, faculty research, student life, and athletics, campus improvements, among many other important aspects of the Connecticut College experience.
There are more ways than ever to make a gift, including using your Camel Card, a credit or debit card, and in cash with a remit form.
You may make a one-time gift, or make a recurring gift as part of the new Granite Society, which is a great way to make a larger gift and break it into monthly, quarterly or annual installments.
You can also choose to give at a leadership level and be a member of the Synergy Society, with a gift of $100 gift this year. You can join the Granite Society and Synergy Society easily by making a leadership gift and splitting it up in monthly installments that are comfortable for you.
Honor your experience in a meaningful, lasting way
When you make a gift through the Senior Giving program by Monday, April 24, 2017, you have an opportunity to write a message in the Tributes & Dedications booklet for the Class of 2017's Commencement. Only for Connecticut College seniors, the opportunity allows you to honor someone influential in your college experience, such as a family member, a professor or coach. This keepsake, which is distributed at Commencement, will forever capture your sentiments at this milestone occasion.
To include a special message in the Tributes & Dedications booklet:
- Make a Senior Gift (if you haven't already done so) to the Connecticut College Fund for eligibility.
- Fill out the form on this page. Enter your message exactly as you would like it to appear in the booklet. Tributes are limited to a maximum of 140 characters (think of it like a Tweet). (The College may edit your message for spelling and punctuation.)
