If you are regularly scheduled to work a minimum of 1000 hours per year, you are eligible for the following holidays with pay:
New Year's Day
Independence Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Eve
Memorial Day
Labor Day
Day after Thanksgiving
Christmas Day
Martin Luther King Day
You will receive a regular days pay for each of the above holidays. If you are a non-exempt staff member and are required to work on any of the above holidays, with supervisory approval you will be granted equivalent time off at a mutually agreeable time within the same pay period.
