All full time academic and full year employees who work in a benefits eligible position, accrue sick time at a rate of 5.94 hours per month (ten days per year). Sick accrual for employees working less than 37.5 hours per week will be in proportion to the number of hours scheduled.
Sick time may be carried forward up to a maximum accrual of 120 days.
