The Office of Human Resources is responsible for all aspects of the recruitment process for non-faculty employees. This office conducts employee orientations, administers the classification and compensation program, employee benefits, and the evaluation process for each non-faculty employee. Human Resources also takes an active role in training and development programs as well as aiding and maintaining all employee relations. The actions of this department are in accordance with current federal and state laws. Human Resources is located at Strickland House.
