Health and Dental Insurance Enrollment Eligibility
The first of the month following your date of hire, you and your dependents are eligible for group coverage under the college plan if you are regularly scheduled to work a minimum of 1,000 hours per year.
Medical and/or dental booklets outlining specific coverage as well as information regarding rates, levels of coverage, enrollment and claim forms are available in the Office of Human Resources.
In the event of a conflict between the handbook, the benefit booklets, and the insurance master plan document, the master plan document governs.
